How to Increase Size of Redo Log
1. Add new log files (groups) with new size
ALTER DATABASE ADD LOGFILE GROUP…
2. Switch with ‘alter system switch log file’ until a new log file group is in state current
3. Now you can delete the old log file
ALTER DATABASE DROP LOGFILE MEMBER…
